Key Responsibilities:
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage,
order picking, and dispatch.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock audits and
reconciliation.
• Material Handling: Ensure safe and efficient handling, stacking, and movement of goods and
materials.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch teams for timely deliveries to
customers or project sites.
• SOP Implementation: Establish and follow standard operating procedures for material movement,
packing, and documentation.
• Team Management: Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure timely and error-free
operations.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and guidelines, including
proper usage of material handling equipment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain documentation related to inward/outward materials, stock levels,
delivery challans, and gate passes.
• Space Utilization: Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to improve space utilization
and reduce retrieval time.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports to senior
management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing,
Supply Chain, Material Handling, Warehousing, Racking or storage solutions industries
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet racks, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management software or Zoho.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and team leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehouse operations.
