Sales coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Responsibilities:
• Promote and demonstrate industrial automation products and services to potential
customers.
• Generate and nurture leads through cold calls, emails, and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct technical discussions and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Prepare technical proposals, tenders, quotations, and product presentations.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings to represent the company.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and track key performance metrics.
Sales Coordination Responsibilities:
• Manage CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) to track customer data, opportunities,
and communication.
• Assign and prioritize leads for the technical sales team.

• Support documentation processes such as tender/bid preparation and email proposals.
• Coordinate project execution between sales, technical, and operations teams.
• Maintain internal reports, pipeline status, and dashboards for sales management.
• Organize sales campaigns, email marketing activities, and client communications.

Required Skills & Knowledge
• Sound understanding of Industrial Automation, Special Purpose Machines, EOAT,
Pneumatic Equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of Automation/Robotic systems (ABB, KUKA, Omron, Fanuc, Delta, etc.)
and controls like PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.).
• Familiarity with applications like Pick & Place, Palletizing, End-of-Line Packaging,
Machine Tending, Dispensing, and Machine Vision Systems.
• Basic understanding of Industry 4.0, IIoT, and digital manufacturing software is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and report generation.
• Strong communication, proposal drafting, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
