Sales Executive (IT Solutions)

Exp-2-5 years in IT products & Solution sales

Location: Delhi NCR

CTC as per Experience and targets

Job Description:

  1. Sales & Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT infrastructure and solutions space.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  2. Technical Pre-Sales Support
    • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions with help of technical team.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to develop proposals and quotations.
  3. Product Knowledge & Consulting
    • Possess sound knowledge of networking products such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
    • Consult clients on LAN/WAN design, network architecture, and security solutions.
    • Stay updated with new technologies, market trends, and competitive products.
  4. Commercial & Proposal Management
    • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, RFP responses, and pricing models.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers in coordination with internal teams.
    • Ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  5. Project Coordination
    • Collaborate with project teams for smooth implementation of IT solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams during the project lifecycle.
  6. Client Relationship Management
    • Provide post-sales support and build long-term relationships.
    • Handle client queries, feedback, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  7. Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasting data.
    • Provide regular updates to management on market intelligence and competitor activity.
